Brown & Roberts, Inc. began in 1977 in Harrisburg, IL, when Jim Brown and Harold Roffmann established Brown & Roffmann, Inc., Consulting Engineers & Land Surveyors. Since that time it has been our pleasure to have continuously served numerous governmental agencies, special districts, municipalities, private companies and individuals, providing them with Professional Engineering and Land Surveying services. We are grateful for all of our clients, many of whom we have provided professional services to for over 45 years, for the confidence they have placed in us to accomplish their projects. We look forward to continuing those relationships while continuing to expand our client base.

We also provide laboratory services for water quality testing. We have been specializing in sample collection and testing for over 20 years. Our in-facility laboratory is capable of conducting water testing for many parameters including routine water samples for municipalities and water districts.
